We had been anxiously waiting for the Johnson City NY location to open. It finally did on 7/29 and my daughter could not wait to spend her birthday there. We were seated quickly and our server Wyatt WAS AMAZING. He was on top of everything! We were not rushed, even though it took a bit to narrow down what to eat, so many great choices. He checked on us frequently, but not in a hovering manner. He was friendly, knowledgeable and very personable. Best of all, he invited my daughter to a game of air hockey, she actually felt bad that she beat him 7-2. Well played Wyatt 😊 I can not say enough great things about him. Definitely hope to get him again!

Brady was polite and seemed competent. He went about his work and did not try to sell me options I did not need. I was surprised that no one called in advance. I left a message yesterday that we had a change of plans and might be called away. No one called but fortunately we were here when he arrived. It is difficult when the company does not narrow the time of the appointment to the portion of the day when they will arrive. The homeowner is just supposed to stay around all day for the companies convenience. I can understand the exact time cannot be established but a range of 3 or 4 hours seems reasonable
