On Sunday, April 26th, my husband and I decided to dine at the Benihana’s in Downey. We usually go to the restaurant on State College in Anaheim. When we arrived, we had to wait 5-7 minutes because the hostess counter was unattended. When she arrived, she verified our reservation and sat us immediately. Next, Alexa came to take our drink and meal order. She brought our drinks, soups and salads out in a timely manner. Then we waited and waited for the chef….he came out between 12:45-12;25. If he introduced himself, we didn’t hear him. He was VOID of personality. He needed more practice on the tricks🙁. My husband got the Benihana Excellence. However my Husband inquired about his teriyaki sauce. He asked Alexa to bring it as well as the jumbo shrimp that goes with the meal. He handed my husband the sauce…At the state college restaurant the put the sauce on the steak while it is cooking.. Needless to say the food was delicious..,Alexa was a great waitress. She answered all of our questions😀 However, the chef needs retraining. Unfortunately , we will NOT be returning to this location. Lloyd and Andrea Edwards

I am so grateful to the Pain Relief Institute’s team of highly professional staff, which actually pulled me out of excruciating pain in my neck, head and upper part of my back after the car accident and put me back to my feet. I couldn’t sleep, took a lot of painkillers, nothing worked until I found online the Pain Relief Institute located on 2222 Chestnut in Glenview, IL. I would like to express my special ‘thank you’ to Tina who helped me with the 1st appointment when I called the Pain Relief and later follow up; and Sambrina, who always called me the day before to remind about my appointments. Everyone, there, is amazing; very knowledgeable and helpful:Shannon xRayed my neck and back, helped me with filling up the forms and then took me to Dr. Mariam ElBaghdadi who examined me thoroughly and offered me Physical Therapy to start my treatment with and Gaby, her med assistant kept checking my blood pressure. Ade, my 1st Physical Therapist, provided me with a magic treatments and pain started gradually subsiding. Fima, my 2nd PT, continued with very helpful exercises, and then Kevin, the 3rd PT stepped in and used his fingers on my neck and back, which released the pain completely. Sharmaine, who was my 4th PT continued with exercises and electric pulse muscle stimulator, which worked out perfect and in less than 2 months going to the clinic 3 times a week, I forgot about pain. Dr. Tom Collins meticuluously checked my neck and back improvements every PT session before and sometimes after PT and also worked on my neck and back. I appreciate you ALL for your professionalism, help, warmth and friendliness. I can’t say enough “Thank you”. Rashida K.
