QANDA: AI Math & Study Helper

The app is useful for studying despite some limitations and inconvenient parts. Firstly, It takes me a week to earn enough coins to ask a question. I hope they could add more ways to earn coins. The second thing is that they have this status presentation line below the timer. I’d love to see the timer running while studying so i can keep track of time. But that line disrupts and stirs up my thoughts because it displays people’s status. Could they add an option where I could hide that status line so I can focus on my studying and add a zoomer for the timer? That would be really helpful.

This is pretty bice app for self studying, but would like drawing feature on the question so i can directly mark on the questions. Im using iPad

I’m rating this app 1 out of five stars for these reasons: 1) After getting an answer from a teacher by the name of SEENA215, she told me that if I gave her 3000 coins (or any amount) it would NOT subtract from MY coins. I did so and now i am left with a shortage of coins because I’ve been scammed by a greedy teacher ! How low? I’m a new user and asked her plenty of times if she was sure that it wouldn’t subtract from mine. She kindly reassured me and then boom: my coins were gone. You’re there to help students not manipulate them of coins. 2) after this situation in which I was clearly manipulated, I have NO way to express this matter to Qanda or even report that teacher for lying to me over some stupid coins. There’s no way to report her after I evaluate. The only way to tell whether the coins subtracted from my account is AFTER I evaluate. She knew what she was doing and now I have to delete this app because of the poor service from this teacher and the nonexistent communication system from the app. 3) some teachers’ handwriting is AWFUL and cannot be reported after evaluating. Sure I could have reported before evaluating but what if a student makes a mistake and would like to go back? No option there. Complete trash. BEWARE OF USER SEENA215
