Pync: Services for Daily Life

I feel there are a lot of bugs in the app that needs to be fixed. Subscription taken for 90 mins - has struck down to 80 mins for some reason. And offline complaints had to be done for partner to do the other 10 mins - but I still See app showing 80 mins for the service And many more such bugs while booking Offer slots of 10 hrs or so - it shows validity in one place as 45 days and in another as a date which is <45 days. Please do a thorough test of user experience. [edit]: app has some good fixes now..

Writing this after 2nd time partner or executive has failed to show up on 2 consecutive days. Their customer support is as clueless as their partners/sales guy/ Founders and co-founders are. Have been with the executive on chat for about 20 mins while I am writing this review. She is still checking the status of partner. Their map to track the partner is equally useless. Basically doesn’t work. Suggestion to Pync- Foucs on your operations. Merely having and app and an AI powered chatbot (which doesn’t understand anything) will not give your investors 5x or 10x which you would have promised them while getting the funding. Seriously ridiculous service and with this service levels, you will have to soon shut your shop, let alone compete with Urban claps of the market.
