They intentionally make it difficult for you to reach the $10 required for cash out. Then I had to wait 31 full days to receive the money!! This company is a scam. All together I had 32 surveys (individually worth $1.80+) that I completed in full that I was never paid for. I complained and showed them the photo of the survey’s final screen that thanked me for completing, but it didn’t matter. It takes them 5-10 days to answer emails/complaints, and you’ll get an automated response or a response that has nothing to do with your complaint. The higher paying surveys will not pay out, ever. They crash at the very end, or just do not pay. This company sells your data, sells your email, sells your phone number. You will receive hundreds of scam-spam texts starting within 10 minutes of signing up for this app. Report this app and get them removed from the App Store.

I cashed out at their minimum threshold on January 17. Still waiting and while customer service seems to exist there and respond, they still shove down the same canned response down your throat and allow them up to 30 days. If you’re seeking a service where you get more per survey, higher frequency of survey invitations and faster cash-out times, Pureprofile isn’t it. I highly recommend Survey Junkie, AttaPoll, and QMee Surveys.
