As an architect, I wanted to like this app, but it is too glitchy and incomplete to pay for. Every time you open the app it requires you to sign in, but it forgets the user email and password you created so you need to reset password literally every time you login. Also, half the time you add a photo to the PunchList it doesn’t actually work. You need to retake photo and retry multiple times. And ideally needs the ability add multiple photos for a single item. And some text doesn’t show up without you rewriting the note multiple times. There is no way to add your firm name or contact info to the PunchList. Fix these problems and this app could be good.
This app is a fresh addition to the construction industry, and I’ve really enjoyed using it so far. I truly believe it has the potential to change the game when it comes to communication between contractors and subcontractors. It creates a stronger sense of accountability for subcontractors while also giving contractors an efficient way to communicate concerns, updates, and issues in a timely manner. That improved communication helps keep projects moving and allows work to be completed more effectively. I’m excited to see how this app continues to grow and evolve within the construction industry.
This is exactly what I needed to keep all of my projects organized. The list of contractors allow easy access to what they are working on and project data and plans can easily be imported. Definitely a lot more user friendly to navigate than other apps.
