Very professional personnel. The customer service here is top notch. I was having issues with the app which they fixed. They also have made our reservations for various activities which I appreciate. I appreciate the fact that everyone must have identification to be here which makes the vacation secure. This is a fantastic place to vacation!! Thank you to all of the personnel here for all of your patience. You are truly appreciated!!!

While functional, the app is non-intuitive to use. The biggest complaint is the “Suite Service” ordering doesn’t allow a guest to charge to the room, it requires a credit card to place an order. The maps are old and outdated, at least so for Sunset Beach. A user should be able to drill into a map location and have the location details and menu links pop up. Billing information isn’t showing up in the app for extra charges. For ordering services, a comment box is missing for extra details. The Deli menu is missing. The multi-page document given at check in should be available to view.

Really shocked at the poor design of this app and the unresponsiveness of the Pueblo Bonito Sunset staff. I have reached out to app support and the Sunset concierge with no reply. I am trying to arrange something special for my wife’s birthday and it has me reconsidering this purchase. The app team should be ashamed for putting out a product so poorly built. Really..provide me with an alphanumeric reservation number but the app only allows numbers. Frustrating!!!! Update. The new app interface looks nice. However it still only accepts numbers. Our reservation has letters. I have called the concierge, reservations, virtual assistant and emailed both the resort and the main site. I did get a response from the main office “ not my dept.” This type of service is appalling. Is this the way you want to treat your guests?
