Pryze app

My coworkers and myself were all so excited about Pryze, we made it a competition to see who could stay on the leaderboard all competing with each other. I personally worked hard and saved 665 points, all that I am unable to redeem. We got an email telling us that Pryze will no longer be available for our store since the company was not going to continue with Pryze, and we learned (with no notice might I add) that all of the points we had earned all became void. This is completely unfair, as we all worked hard to save up points for nothing since we can’t redeem them. I am very disappointed, and I wish I did not waste so much time building up points on this app.

I have a large team WFH now and Pryze dashboard tool has been so helpful to really be able to tell when everyone is really focused on work or not. It’s easy to get distracted but as a manager when I can hold my team responsible for their actions everyone performance increases. Pryze probably made my team #1 in customer service calls this quarter!

My employees used to spend any minute they could on Instagram or Snapchat while on the clock and they would never listen to managers. I tried to micromanage so much that they quit. I installed Pryze and they quickly started to be competitive over who worked harder basically! Some employee has already won AirPods, movie tickets and free chick fila. Biz owners out there need to use Pryze and take control of your business again!
