The app looks like it has more information for promotional purposes rather than the actual relevant information for users. Users can’t use the app to monitor battery health, or the mileage (for service booking purposes - need to look for this on the car screen for now). Also it’d be helpful to be notified when the car has reached certain km that is required for servicing. App Developer needs to step up and make the app more techy and beneficial for the users.

the main app to control the car remotely, but it can’t act as a key. App always logout after an update. for charging, it’s convenient to have 1 app for all your charging needs, no need to to install multiple charging app, just the activation is inconvenient, especially with chargers which takes more effort to activate. hopefully will be able to see more features on the app. the latest update makes the app fell more broken, have to kill the app and relaunch to get refresh status, e.g. car lock status.

The current version of this vehicle mobile app appears to emphasize promotional content for PRONET products, with large-scale advertisements occupying full pages. While brand promotion is understandable, it seems to come at the expense of functional improvements and performance optimization. For instance, when checking my vehicle’s charging status after an overnight charge, the response time can be significantly delayed, sometimes up to two to three minutes. I would highly encourage the development team to focus on enhancing the app’s usability and responsiveness. Some suggested improvements include displaying the next OTA update schedule for individual users, enabling headlamp control through the app, reducing latency for remote control operations, and allowing users to set their preferred battery charging percentage.
