I almost never write reviews, but this app genuinely deserves one. From the moment I started using it, everything just worked. The design is clean, fast, and actually makes sense — no clutter, no weird menus, no fighting the interface. You can tell the developers really thought about how real people use apps instead of just cramming in features for the sake of it. Performance is ridiculously smooth. I haven’t experienced crashes, lag, or any of the usual annoyances that make you want to throw your phone across the room. Updates seem meaningful too — not just cosmetic tweaks, but real improvements that make the experience better over time. What really sets this app apart is how much time and frustration it saves. Tasks that used to feel tedious now take seconds. It’s one of those rare apps that you start recommending to friends without even thinking about it. If you’re on the fence, just download it. This is how apps should be built.
This is one of the best if not the best fitness apps I’ve ever used. The recommendations for meal plans and the tracking abilities is one of the reasons I decided to download this app. Towards the end of 2024, I just started my new fitness journey and this app has definitely been helping me overcome obstacles and achieve my goals. Having this app as a daily tool to keep me disciplined , responsible, and accountable for my actions has helped me make tremendous progress right out the gate. I highly recommend this app to anyone starting their fitness journey. You will need it. Great job to the developers of this app as it’s very user friendly and straightforward. My kind of app.
The app has lots of useful options to assist with a variety of different health goals. The layout is clear and looks crisp. I found the user interface/navigation to be very intuitive. Although, I did notice that during the wait time when generating a meal or workout plan that if I navigated away from the app, the loading screen would freeze when I returned. I was able to easily refresh the app but maybe this could be a future improvement!
