Propertyware Maintenance Users

Are in the forth year of using Property Ware.... Even though they are innovative it seems we continually have glitches coming up which is costing a lot of time. It is getting very frustrating as I can delete the app, reinstall it and many times it will work, but this is a daily chore.... I get told it’s a connection issue or slow mobile data.... yet I can have full bars and sometimes it works well... many times it’s kicking us off or freezes up altogether..... very frustrating at times I would give this a negative rating if I could…. you’ll see back in 2019 PropertyWare notate that they did something that made this program unstable however they’ve done nothing to fix it. Whenever I call in to ask them how the repairs are coming to this and when it will be stable again I get the real reason that I’m not in a good enough area for signal or I don’t have a good Wi-Fi that’s a constant excuse because when you delete the program re-upload it it can work fine for sometimes 30 seconds 10 minutes maybe an hour but it crashes constantly.

This is the worst app i think i have ever had to use. It constantly freezes up. Then you have to delete the app and reinstall, and that can take a good chunk of the day to do. If by luck, you can get thru the app and get your pics loaded it up, you survived. Then the next time you use it, it non stops freezes up and same thing. What kind of developer designed this? It’s so frustrating. Now i have reports that will back logged. It is so Uneffcient, makes more work to do. I wish i could give the app ZERO STARS.

Anytime I’m trying to conduct a move in or move out- the app will freeze up, kick me out of the app numerous times during each category for each home. I thought the new update would help, but it makes it worse. Each time I go to take a photo -immediately freezes and boots me out of the app. I’ve hand to take photos and upload them to my computer and then individually in each category. Extremely time consuming, drains the battery and frustrating
