ProEssay: Hire Writer & Editor

I was definitely hesitant about using the app at first. However, I was struggling with my world literature class and was on the verge of withdrawing from the college course. So I posted my assignment on this app and I started receiving messages instantly. I hired one of the writers to complete my assignment and I received a 95 for the grade average! I definitely recommend this app!!!

i have been asking for a refund for about a month now and they just keep asking me for the same information or say they have to check with admin anytime i ask for an update and then never get back to me. it’s a new person i’m talking to each time and the way they talk is really unprofessional. i’m honestly convinced that it’s a scam. i’ve been told to give them 24 hours to process and then 24 hours goes by and i check in again and then they want 48 hours and then 48 hours goes by and they continue making excuses. i’m extremely infuriated. i want my money back. they do not keep their word about their refund policy. i don’t suggest this app at all but if you do decide to download it be careful how much you pay because if you don’t get the assignment or are unsatisfied they’ll never send you your refund or even process the request. they’ll just keep lying and stalling. really really really disappointed. i’m not a hateful person and i hate that i’m even writing this but this is the worst customer service/app i think i’ve ever used and i'm really upset because they’re just keeping my money and not giving it back. i would honestly give 0 stars if that was an option. :/

I have been trying to get a refund due to my work not being completed. It’s been almost two months and all they have been doing is giving excuses and I just don’t understand how it’s taking that long and it’s a simple refund. They kept asking me for information that’s already in their system and when I said you guys have all the info she sent me a screenshot of all the information so why are they constantly asking me for the things you have in your system? Every time and I do mean from the first day they have been giving me excuses. It’s a good app for work but the worst for giving you a refund if the person you hire doesn’t complete your work nor send you the assignment, I feel it’s only right to refund me because what did I pay for?? NOTHING!! Whoever is running the app need to be more professional and give refunds especially when you see the work was not done or completed. I’m very disappointed with this. They don’t tell you you have to pay a dollar extra everytime you hire someone. Hands down their unprofessional with refunds.
