The app is terrible (doesn’t work half of the time, and that’s being generous). Even the process to reset a password fails miserably (Bad Gateway 502 error). Dumbfounded that it made it to production. Did no one test it?

The sms function does not work and when you try to use the app to verify your parking times it forces you to create an account. This would be fine if you live in the small handful of countries listed but otherwise you cannot even register. Users beware you best take lots of photographs of your payment to have proof of your parking. Would rate zero stars of an option as now I wasted my time trying to use this worthless app.

One of the worst apps ever. For example when trying to sign up, only a few countries are given as residence options. I parked three times using the app and never got a receipt once. The app and the parking zones were really hard to work out. I’m positive I’m going to get parking tickets and I have no way to prove I paid except for my credit card. Used this in Monopil Italy. The app is so bad I have to assume someone was bribed for the app to be selected by the town. As an example of a great easy to use app, try Easypark.
