App
I have tried redownloading app and resetting password. Keeps telling me server error or doesn’t recognize my device. App is worthless. Very concerned since we will be in Vegas and would be nice to use the app.

Horrible
The app and this company is very unprofessional. They show on the app that they’re nationwide. After making an appointment to be picked up in NYC and having it confirmed on the app, they called 8 hours before pickup to tell me they don’t have service in NYC. Maybe you shouldn’t show you’re nationwide on your app when you’re not. Avoid this company like the plague!

App and mobile website FAIL
Love this company, great limo service in Las Vegas. HOWEVER, the app is worthless. It crashes, impossible to complete a booking, won’t allow simple clicks like hotel names, etc. Same for mobile site. I’m currently in Vegas and have wasted an hour trying to book on the app or mobile site, gave up on both and will call directly. The booking was easy from my regular PC at home before the trip, but can’t do a thing w my iPhone.
