Pray the Bible - Prayer App

Having signed up and once I figured out the confusing UI (not efficient for iPad in landscape mode/words get cut off), I do appreciate how the app will pick out a Bible verse for me based on my prayer request, and then generate an AI prayer, which is great! I think I'll find this app helpful for my prayer life and spiritual growth.

This app has enriched me and my prayer life exponentially. You succinctly state what is on your heart and it provides an appropriate Bible verse on that topic and AI creates a lovely prayer incorporating heart-felt Bible truth. The next day you receive a new verse and prayer incorporating those truths. The request carries over day by day until you delete it. Using this app to “pray the word “ is pure joy and enlightenment.

I really like this app. It reminds me of a classic book I used to read called “Prayers the Avail much” only it in digital form. I love how it puts together the prayers with the Word and makes it specific and special to you. However there is a real bad glitch once the prayer has been generated where you can’t scroll to the bottom to read the prayer to the end. I thought maybe the font on the app was too big however there is no way to change the size. The most glaring thing that sticks out to me is that this is a Christian app that prays but doesn’t use the name of Jesus. At the end of the prayer it just says amen. This is major. I also would like to just pay a small fee to remove the ads. I want to focus on prayer without having to watch ads otherwise it kinda defeats the purpose of the app. I hope what I said isn’t too much. I would love to see this app in the hands of the church being used to the glory of God!
