There is clear UI problems with this app, it’s very confusing to use and could use better customization options

I got one of their scrolling signs as a present. But now that I have it, it’s barely useable. The app is no help whatsoever. There is NO clear way to program this. There is no tutorial, instructions, absolutely no help you learn to set this up. I think the product could be great, but if you don’t know how to use it, what’s the point. I’ll keep it so I can try and figure it out, but until I do, it will sit unused, unusable, and definitely a reminder to just think about what I look at when picking out a gift. Very disappointing to say the least. If they made clear instructions in English that were easy to follow, that would be great. Get it together, guys.

This is the worst app I have ever used! It is not intuitive and it is very buggy. I went to adjust the brightness and it is now stuck displaying only half a letter which is also duplicated and I cannot figure out how to reset it! I am unable to find any instructions besides the ones that were sent and those are worthless. The app comes with nothing loaded, no emoticons, nothing and no instructions on how to find content and how to download it! The device itself seems to be of pretty good quality, but that really doesn’t matter if you cannot program it! Hope this company gets its act together and fixes this otherwise it is going in the garbage.. what a waste..
