Stumbled on this app and it has definitely helped me with KB training, well worth the money.
The design, catalogue of workouts, and timer are great. However, not having tutorials or even pictures makes it difficult to follow along. No tutorials for the warmup or workout makes me wish I bought a different app.
I’ve tried a bunch KB training apps and this one is the way. No videos to follow, no extraneous diet tips or other unneeded bells and whistles. Just solid and varied workouts with a timer and prompts…pick one and hit go. The developer is also very responsive to questions and suggestions.
