App should allow drivers to have access to move work orders around. Most of the time dispatchers assign multiple loads at once but not in the order that you’re doing them in. So drivers needs to have the ability to move work that’s assigned around without contacting dispatchers

If any other drivers don’t close out their loads and you ware finishing up that run you can’t do any of your loads so you can get paid for the work you have done. I do 10 local runs a day I need to do my paperwork every day so it doesn’t get backed up. I run 2 of my own business and the company I have my trucks signed onto is contemplating getting rid of this app. When a lazy driver messes up your money or your drivers cant get their loads processed because another driver has not done their job and being lazy. It’s infuriating. Port pro needs to fix the problem or lose business.. There is no reason why lazy drivers should be able to hold up drivers that have their business in order. I can’t afford to be lazy I have to have my money on time. Fix your app please. I will push to not use the app anymore if it’s not fixed. Just 2 drivers can hold up a fleet of trucks and drivers from doing their job.

Once setup, configured and drivers trained on the app (how to use correctly), this is the most feature rich TMS one can get if they do container work. It has everything that company would need to track containers, dispatching and financial side of things. We used to utilize few different programs, now we completely switched to PORTPRO and very happy with outcome. Would highly recommend training/correct setup to fully take advantage of all the features that are offered.
