Nah sorry. Today was 70 mins of my life I’ll never get back. I downloaded the app which was easy. I put money in which was even easier than that. But then the required verification process which failed over and over and over and over. I think I spoke to every person employed there on live chat. All were without exception polite. But the app kept falling over every time I tried to verify ID. Which meant trying to get onto live chat again, which often took several tries. Then introducing myself to a NEW person, and having to prove who I am each time. I’m sorry, but after more than an hour of this I gave up. So here you go, Shaq. I’m donating the ten dollars I’ve got in there. (Thank goodness I didn’t put in more at this point.). It might be the greatest app in the history of online betting, but I just gave up. It was either that or cry … or kick the cat. I’m done with it.

This app is really good, really easy to use on my iPad. I can sign up with the touch ID or PIN, this makes the login process really easy and you do not have to remember the combination Username/password. All the main sports appears at the top. If you want all the options, features, help and settings, just press button "Menu" and voila, all selections appears along the left edge of the screen. From the main screen, all the coming bets/matches/races are displayed, just touch on the "team/odds" button and the quick bet panel allows you to place your bets instanly. From the top right hand side, touch your Email button allows you to see your account, pending bets, deposit options, withdraw options and account history etc...etc. There are lot of options at your fingertip so to speak. Pointbet customers can enjoy an unrivalled user experience. What it is missing is to allow you to watch live all the games that you bet on. I hope it will come soon.

Pro’s - Withdrawals- they’ve changed the game in terms of withdrawals. Not only is the cash in your account on the same day, it’s often within your account within a couple of hours. Unrivalled. Money back specials - most bookies only do MBS with 2nd and possibly 3rd place on horse bets but on selected meets these guys offer 4th place too! Points - I know it’s in the name but it’s nice to get points as a sort of reward/loyalty bonus to credit on a bonus bet of your choice depending on how much you’ve bet with them. Con’s - Deposit bug - on occasion when I make a deposit, it’ll say deposit failed however I’ll get a notification from my bank that the money has come out of my account. Usually this is resolved by closing & reopening the app. Boosts & select your own MBS - Regarding selecting your own price boost, you only get one a day, I think 3 would be a fairer amount, even if they spread it over 1 each on the horses/dogs/harness racing. Also wouldn’t mind a money back special of own choice again maybe 1 for each kind of racing a day. Definitely one of the better betting apps!
