Pockit: Bank Card Alternative

All over pockit was good to me but suddenly after locked the card from the app it’s randomly showing unable to login and also it’s been 5 days still my incoming fund is showing pending on my account .

It’s a great app because when you buy stuff with the card. The receipt is on the app. It’s annoying that sometimes it declines the card when you try and make a payment

I forgot my security answer and couldn't reset it by myself. Sent email complaining about the situation I was told by “jurgen” to reply with my phone number so they could call me which i did immediately. and nothing is still been done ever since. Tried calling your customer number I saw online no one picked up. I mean there should be a way to reset my security question and answer on the app without contacting pockit. Simply put a rest button for convenience rather than frustrating people. I am very sure I'm not the only one facing this challenges.
