It’s an incredible app! The free version does have ads in order to keep it free but they’re short and they do not continuously pop up interrupting you like most free apps. Plop is simple to navigate and it’s quick to add in your plops. I love that there is a line chart on the home page showing the days and times of your plops. Note always remember to adjust the time to the actual time of your plop because the time of entry is what it will log. Everyone should pay attention to their plops and this app will help you do that!
Wow, this is a really nice app, esp with premium membership. I upgraded immediately because I wanted to have a one-stop-shop for logging food and BM. I’m using this for insights for myself, but also for sharing with my nutritionist and PT as I navigate a complex health issue. To the developers: Please add hydration tracking! Also, a nice advanced feature would be regression modelling of foods and hydration to symptoms and BM types. I’d love to see insights similar to what Whoop produces in their month insights reports!
I know someone who died of colon cancer at a really young age, about the age that I am now. When you’re young, you take your health for granted. So I made a commitment that I would not and began the paleo lifestyle. Gut health is central to the paleo lifestyle. I am happy I can now track what I’m putting into my body and what is going out. The app is well designed and easy to use and makes me want to track things. I have a suggestion to sync with Apple Health particularly for period data. I already track it there and through my watch.
