Why do you. We’d my birthday for me to charge? Why do I need to have your buggy and terrible app? Why can’t I just swipe a credit card like at a gas station. This app and the entire charging infrastructure in Italy is such a joke. The worst system with the most problems any where in Europe. I drive my Tesla all over the EU. Italy and national infrastructure like this app and associated chargers are just an embarrassment.

I must say I have never written a review for an app before but I feel so compelled to write one after my experience. To put it plainly, this app is horrible. Absolutely terrible. It freezes all the time, starting a charging session, ending a charging session, trying to view the map. It tells you charging stations are available 24/7 only to leave you stranded at a gas station in the middle of the highway with a charger that doesn’t even exist anymore! This app has wasted literal hours of my time standing in the cold trying to activate a session. I’ve absolutely had it. I’m writing this review after having the app freeze deactivating a session that never even successfully started, making me stranded without enough charge to make it to my destination, which happens to be the airport. All this to say, this app is evil. DO NOT DOWNLOAD!!!!

The app and the service are crap. Their charging stations never work and neither does the app. I’ve spent many days and hours on the phone with their “customer assistance” and nobody for the life of them can help. If you take the time to send written messages, they do not even reply. Choose another company if you do not want to go crazy!
