Recently. The playing experience has got a lot worse. A third to half of my games crash on the 2nd or final spin. Forcing you to log out and login back again. You cannot restart the game. On tournaments I have played consistently between 200 and and 1000 spins daily and not even got 1 free spins bonus. I have raised multiple support tickets with no resolution. Even losing a top spot in a tournament because the tournament wouldn’t update my rank. I have never got any refund or free spins to compensate for the games and money lost which has been happening for months. I’m sorry to say I cannot recommend PlayOJO anymore as it used to be great and now just takes your money and gives you a very poor playing experience. Update. Tournament leaderboard haven’t updated. I have played today. I would have won £50 in one tournament but the games I played didn’t register on the leaderboard. Deposited £30 and none of the games have registered in the tournaments. Support has not helped and even implied I was lying. Even though I showed screenshots of deposits being made, gameplay and leaderboard not updating. This is the 2nd time I have lost winnings in weekend tournaments. I have games to play even now and they are not showing in the leaderboards. I have lost trust in this casino. They don’t believe you and try and say it’s your fault. Avoid. I have lost money again through no fault of my own.

I made a account with OJO few months ago. i deposited few times, and I recommended it for my partner too, (and unfortunately my friends too) and when he finally win 300 he can’t withdraw. He press withdrawal but they ask him for prouve of id after debit card after proof of adress. everything was real documents but they didn’t accept. Can i ask why?? So when we made a deposit, it’s fine, you dont need proof only money? But after when somebody sent documents, no answers or just they didn’t accept… Today i won 40 pounds. Not to much, but i try to withdraw, and what happened? (I read lot of feedback about you). You just check everybody’s documentation in time, and if somebody sent exactly what you want just leave them playing. If they not accept my documents i will report too. But I actually know what will happen: Nothing! Because it’s totally scam!!!

So you could make a withdrawal and get your balance up to a good decent amount so you want to withdraw again but it could be days before you can make the next withdrawal. Especially on a weekend. So overall it is an amazing site to play and I used to love playing on there but since the whole withdrawal situation is a bit of a mess I don’t play on there half as much as I used to.
