The scoring is about the only thing that is easy to use. You cannot delete anything if you make a mistake. You can’t rearrange the batting order. I seems to always put their numbers in wrong then can’t change it. It will only let me adjust the last 5 or 6 players. Once it gets to 9 batters it wants to start over even though we have 12 players. While I want to like the app it’s more frustrating than useful in rec league baseball.
This app is super simple to use. When I first downloaded it I also tried 3-4 other scoring apps to compare. PlayMaker beat out all of them. I don’t need to do a bunch of extra steps in scoring and it’s simple even for those who do not know how to score a book. You simply create your team and any opposing teams, can use names and/or numbers, and off you go! You can keep track as a parent, coach, or player. I think it is truly impressive! I’m excited to see how it progresses while it’s at such a high level already. Keep it up!!
I coach highschool ball and this is great for stat tracking. The only thing I would like is a photo option for the rosters so players can have their photo and their parents can follow their kid. That would be really cool for social sharing. Other than that it’s great
