I recommend exercising caution before purchasing this application and suggest validating its functionality through a trial or test period if available. Despite multiple attempts (over 15), I have been unable to get the app to work as advertised. Core features—specifically the retrieval of user playlists from supported platforms such as Spotify—consistently fail. Based on my experience, the application does not appear to be fully compatible with current platform permission or security requirements, which prevents basic functionality. Given these issues, I do not believe the app currently provides the value implied by its pricing or its App Store rating. I purchased a lifetime license and was disappointed to find that the app was not usable in practice. I have contacted the developer to request assistance and a refund but have not received a response to date. Until these issues are addressed or support is provided, I cannot recommend this product. I am leaving this review to inform other consumers of my experience. If the developer resolves the issues or responds appropriately, I will update this review to reflect that outcome.
