Oct 2025 - another update, more bugs. Can’t log in any more and in a continuous cycle of hitting the Capta button which fails. When going through the website it looks like the data is corrupted - the number of 50’s now matches the number of matches played. Looks great at a glance but another mess. Do coders even try to test updates before releasing them! It was actually starting to work last season. ——— Clearly designed by people who have little knowledge about cricket or care about the users. Dumped on clubs through a dodgey deal involving the Cricket Australia CEO who later magically appeared in the company it fails regularly, has a terrible user interface and fails to provide most of the functionality wanted by users (and replaced an app that actually worked). One example is that you can be following a match and it won’t refresh the scores, meaning you have to go out of the match and then refund it and reenter the match to see the current scores… and often it’ll only show the innings score and the scorecard itself won’t load. Great rort by the company in capturing the market and getting paid for this rubbish.

When I watch a match or see A wicket video theres no exit sign i have to restart the app then carry on but i should just exit and straight back to the home page or score page of the game not restart the app and also on the new update on your stats career mode the new update on the 50s column shows how much games as 50s but the innings you play are the same as 50s so example is if ive played 27 innings in my career in the innings column itll show 27 innings and on 50s column itll also show 27 but even if u do score 50s itll wont show it in career, and also in the app theres a thing called my games theres no way i can just click what grade and team i play for and it take my actually games there I’ve tried finding away ( maybe if theres something like at the top of my games section thats says add your team or something then add my team from play cricket and it’ll keep me up with my next games and notify mw within like 24hrs before my game so i know it’ll make it much easier) but idk how to work it, would love some help or advice other then though 3 thing the app is wonderfull if the 3 thing gets done no 1 scoring app in Australia

This app drives me nuts! It’s a terrific idea to increase community and supporter involvement across levels. However the actual app lets itself down every week. I use it to decide when/if I will go and watch my local 1st Gradd WACA team, keeping updated on close finishes or big innings I’d like to see live. Yet every week the app fails to update correctly, beginning the match fine and then stalling in its data uploads until the end of play. This is so frustrating. The teams are relying on the app to keep their supporters in touch with the games, so they don’t update Facebook/instagram, thinking that the app is doing its job. Speaking with other supporters I know this is a common issue, each update seems to get worse and worse. Come on My Cricket, sort yourselves out and give us the app local cricket deserves!!
