Pizza Hut PL

The app does not show the time until delivery, does not say that you have an order placed and it is being prepared (they only send an email confirmation), can’t track the order, you can’t add the apartment number or change any data in the summary, so if your address is newer the delivery guy has to call you every time to ask for the apt number. Generally I would say it’s a really poor ‘ordering’ app compared to other restaurants or apps like Uber/Bolt/Wolt, I would not be using it if not for the fact that the website says that the nearest restaurant to me is closed and does not allow me to order anything. No problem with Pizza Hut itself, just the app is terrible in doing its one job. Please fix these things

Hey guys, just wanna say thank you for your hard work, however I have been face an issue with ordering using the app, when I get to the payment section, whatever Payment I choose and I try to confirm it, it gives me and error “ invalid character” I tried all the options and but it dose not work, I delete the app and reinstall still same problem, I had to do my order via the website in the end, kindly could you look into this please. Thanks again :)

The amount of work that you have to put in to successfully place an order is a joke. I’ve been trying to use the app (and the previous version) for a dozen of times already and just today after some battling I’ve managed to order a pizza with the online payment for the first time! Before, every single time i tried to make an order, there was some kind of error popping up. But hey! After waiting 2 hours for the pizza (which according to the app that traced the status of my order was supposed to be delivered within 30 mins) and calling the customer service, it turned out that the online payment didnt work and the restaurant had not received my order! Funny that the app showed that everything is just fine and nobody even bothered to inform me that im waiting in vain. Also please fix the order’s status update (yes I enabled it - silly me) as it pops up every 15 second.
