Pixel Zen Art: Color by Number

I love this app with the exception of every so often I have to delete and reload because the app won’t open. Then I lose the completed pictures. Wish this would be fixed. I have the paid version Lately the pictures are not as nice as when I first started with the paid version. There used to be faces and animals and the finished pictures came out much clearer. I’m hoping the pictures will be improved. The pictures are still low quality for the paid version compared to when I first purchased it. I do like the app but now I have to go way back to the old pictures and redo them to enjoy the pictures . What has changed? Is a different person doing the pictures now? Can’t you improve the pictures. PLEASE CANCEL ME

About two months ago started having trouble opening the app. Initially it would take two attempts. No too big of a deal. Than two weeks ago it would then average about ten attempts to open the app. For the past four days I have not been able to open the app at all despite updating my operating system or powering my iPad down and then turning it back on. I have n iPad Pro 9.7. I’ve noticed that this app has not been updated for quite some time. My hope is that you will see this and remedy the problem as I really enjoy using it. Please fix! December 27, 2019: version 4.3 did not fix crash issue. Still cannot open app. As I have completed quire a few pictures already I do not want to delete and reinstall app. Any plans / ideas on how to get this fixed? I really want to get back to drawing.

I love the larger pictures separated into 4 parts to color...I am having trouble finding the one last color on each part...it says to long tap...can u clarify those instructions?? LOVE THIS SHOW MUCH I have paid for the premium app Thank You for clarifying the instructions...now when I do as you said I am getting a blank white screen...can you help me again??
