I signed up for an account several days ago, however whenever I try to log into the app, I immediately get kicked out. It’s a waste of space on my phone and a waste of money having a Pilates membership dependent on an app that I can’t even access to book a class.
I’ve had no issues the past two months since starting the app, but now all of a sudden I have to log in each time I use the app — which is a HUGE pain. Since it’s logging me out I’m also NOT getting notifications and reminders. Fix your app!
It takes a long time to load and keeps signing me out and not letting me back in. If you go to a specific date and book or cancel a class it automatically takes you back to today’s date. This is confusing as I thought I was still on the date that I picked and cancelled today’s classes instead of next weeks. Lost my spot and got charged! Please improve your app.
