I have had an issue for over a month with my XP being stuck, it did not rollover to level 11. I have sent many tickets to support, I have done every thing they have asked me to do. Last email around 2 weeks ago is they would need developers to look at the issue. I have still heard nothing from them, very frustrating. I feel the support team was hoping that I would drop the issue, I am about to drop the game altogether. As of 10/26 I am still waiting for help. Another week had passed and have still not received any help. I have noticed others who have reviewed app have received feedback, makes me wonder not sure Pictionary support cares to handle this problem. Another week has passed I have once again emailed support with NO RESPONSE. Yet another week or so And STILL NO HELP WITH MY ISSUE. So it’s now mid December and STILL have the issue with XP, So tell me support when is it you plan on getting back to me ???????????
Okay, so I used to have Pictionary, before a big update. I downloaded it again, excited to play the game it used to be. Well now I can't play with people over the world, all I can do is "Thing Fast" and "Turn Based" playing 1 on 1. I thought turn based would be it, so I played it, and it said pass it after I sent my drawing! To be honest, I was thoroughly disappointed. I want it to bring back how you could play against random people in the world. And no, I don't mean "Think Fast". I feel many other people would agree if they used the game before the update. I hate giving bad reviews, but I'm begging you to bring back that awesome feature! It really isn't the same anymore... (P.S. I would love for you, the game creators, to please reply with your opinion and a solution to make us both happy.)
The game was fun when I first got it. And then they started slowly introducing new features that were clearly just attempts to get people to pay for in-game currency. And the worst part was that they were introducing these new features without even formally updating the app. For example, I was playing a round with someone when I wasn't pleased with my card. I went to pick another one from a different category, and that had been free and easy to do initially. Then, without even updating - just doing it out of the blue - the app made it so that you had to pay coins to switch cards. After that, they made it so that you can't even pick a card from a different category after you've chosen one from a specific category already. And then they made it so that it costs gems (which cost real money, unless you watch a 30-second advertisement) if you want to change cards. None of those changes would have been nearly as bad or jarring if the app had warned people before doing it, or if the changes had been in a formal update. But they did it with absolutely no warning, no update, and no mention of it. They just did it randomly. I get wanting to make money off of a fun app, but putting in arbitrary limits and payments that end up reducing the player's overall enjoyment of the app isn't the right way to do it.
