Pic Cut Out - Background Paste

I had to uninstall it and reinstall it and the glitch hasn't stopped and I lost my other cutouts which is hugely disappointing which the last two times I did that uninstalling thing it reinstalled my original cutouts. Still glitching ridiculous amount recently. I am docking another star from my previous review it never used to act like this on my phone so what in the world is going on?!

I have loved this app for several years but for the last few months of 2023 the app has stopped working. It allows me to choose a photo to edit but then when I go to the next screen to crop it doesn’t work. When I go to the second screen to cutout my photo doesn’t appear and the screen is just black. I have deleted and reopened several times but it still doesn’t work. And unfortunately there isn’t anyone to contact regarding the problem. So Sad

I have tried two other Cutout apps and they cannot hold a candle to this one. This app is so easy and simple to use, I didn't need a tutorial. The one I was using had a horrible glitch in it that often allowed it to pick up so much of the background, thereby, rendering the fool thing useless. I love this app five stars worth.
