I initially purchased the wrong plan by mistake. I contacted support expecting a long battle. To my surprise, their team responded within a few hours, understood my issue immediately, and processed the refund smoothly while helping me get the right product. Refreshingly honest and customer-friendly service. This level of support makes me trust the brand cọmpletely.

You are falsely advertising your app. I purchased a subscription for this app to recover pdf files. This app does not recover pdf files where it clearly says recover all files in your description of the app. I have tried to contact your support and left message with regards to retrieving pdf files and never got response. Additionally when you run the application, even before it starts scanning the device, it does not have an option for pdf files that have been deleted. The options available, other than photos, are to recover lost messages from various communication apps. eg whatsapp and the likes. I am surprised that you still insist that your app recovers pdf files. It might recover pdf files that were in messages in say WhatsApp but it doesn’t even give you the option at your starting menu. Also, I tried repeatedly to contact your support service and got nowhere. I might have previously felt a little bad about my review but I think that it’s only deserved.

I purchased this app to retrieve some important photos and videos I had deleted , I had a little trouble understanding the tutorial so I reached out to their customer support , they were so helpful and quick to respond , helped me through the process and I was able to get back all of my deleted files , will definitely use this app again for my recovery needs 🙏
