Phone Cleaner・Clean Up Storage

Horrible app broke my phone. DO NOT USE! Immediately after using the app to clean my phone, I discovered it had broken it instead. Somehow it corrupted or deleted important system files that broke my connect to and access to my iCloud account. After following the instructions as listed in the app, it looked for duplicate photos, videos, and contacts and cleaned them. Unfortunately, I then discovered my phone’s connection to iCloud was broken. In settings my name was grayed out. I was unable to access my iCloud account. I couldn’t run an update because it said it was not connected to the network. Facebook was suddenly unable to connect to the network, and Kindle also was unable to connect. Data was turned on and I was connected to my provider. Even though settings told me I was connected to WiFi (which was working for everyone else) I had no WiFi signal at the top of my screen and could not access anything. I also had issues connecting to someone else’s hotspot. After numerous restarts and forced shutdown attempts with no success at fixing the issues I did a factory reset, using a back up from five days ago to rollback my phone. I am hoping that fixes what was broken. No idea what happened to my phone with this app but I can tell you not once did the instructions say to back up your phone before using, just in case. After using the app my phone broke and will take me all day and more to get it back to how I had it before. Use caution if you decide to try this app.

This is a fantastic tool, but like any other tool, not perfect in every circumstance. I have a lot of memes and saucy art on my phone. If two items are very similar (ie two memes of the same template, or two variations of an art piece) this app may erroneously label them as duplicates. Fortunately, the app doesn’t delete anything unless you tell it to, so users can AND SHOULD verify each item. (I took a screenshot of a SFW example of an erroneous labeling of duplicates, but cannot upload it here). If anything were to be changed, a preview page showing all selected items before you confirm that you want to delete them would be a nice addition, but otherwise I recommend this app to anyone whose storage is reaching capacity.

I use my personal phone for work. Somehow my contacts got duplicated and I had over 2400 contacts + 3200 spam contacts from linking my phone to someone else’s, it would have taken me 3 hours to try delete the duplicate contacts but I can’t finish. Then I have tried to delete the duplicate contacts by using apps. After downloading an another app to delete my duplicate contacts but that disappointed me. I lost my contacts. Fortunately contacts had backup on my computer. After few months I want to merge my contacts but it didn’t work as my expectation. I have used many other apps which work best for merge contacts. I don’t know how many apps I had until downloading this app and watching it for me. But I never knew there was an app that could help me. I downloaded the app with the intension to be able merge duplicate contacts in one click. The first and only contact management application that I could find which really makes the job. It can also compress my photos & videos size which was an extra benefit for me because I was suffering my poor storage. I can also remove my unwanted files & check my phone battery detail status. Finally, I was successful. 😊😊😊
