The app doesnt let me connect to the call. it just says “teleconnection error” i have given access to my mic and camera but i still cant connect to the call. Not good ux experience because there is no way for me to reach out to the vet if i choose videocall consult. The AI chat doesnt help as it doesnt give me any resources to contact support. I wasnt able to find any support contact from the app even if i look through my profile or i dont even know where settings is. This might be a user error but in the whole 15mins i was so stressed in just joining my consult. Buti na lang the vet had the urgency and contacted me through mobile. If not, i paid and scheduled the call sa app for nothing.

Had a teleconsult with Doc Britt, and it went smoothly! Our usual vet hospital didn’t have slots when my frenchie had an emergency, so we had a teleconsult with PetPal before I could bring him to the hospital. It super helped because I was panicking.
