he said location is not getting him near me at all and that he wants to tell stay up with him in the phone until he reaches me and that I was giving the right instructions but he doesn’t listen to me so I cancel the ride like who says the direction on the phone call I either said him my exact location but please making navigation app better and don’t use google maps at all these days 😡😡😡😡😤😤😤😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😤😤😤😤😤😤

Unorganized application. The price is not precise at all, when you reach your destination it’s always higher than than the one given when you order a car. Promocodes are useless as u actually do pay the total amount when you reach the destination. One more thing, drivers can take a long time to reach you, they aren’t few minutes away which is not convenient
