In very many ways, the APP in and of itself becomes s source of motivation, while at the same time presents the user with goal oriented challenges. However, having to carry the phone around with or remembering to pick it up after being seated for a period time, becomes cumbersome and to a degree, frustrating. I have, in order to minimize the negative aspects, ordered myself a Smart Watch. I just need to set aside some time to learn how one get the phone and watch to exchange data. Yet, all in all, its overall simplicity, makes the an APP well worth any inconveniences one might incounter.
