I never leave reviews but I’ve tried dozens of meditation apps — with their ads and influencers —and this is far and away the best one on the App Store. Full stop. It is an unbelievably perfect app. Minimal in all the best ways. No social media rubbish, no disgusting influencer peddling like SOME apps (coughinsighttimercough), just a timer that tracks your meditation progress in a simple, effective way. It’s nice to finally have a mindfulness/meditation app that is not actively trying to steal my attention.
