This app works very well and clients love it! Our company has many PDK systems deployed and we have only 2 issues. One is if your door controllers lose communication with the cloud node you clients WILL BE LOCKED OUT OF THIER BUSINESS OR RESIDENTS. PDK has promised a fix for 2 years we are still waiting. Second is if you have to deal with PJ in their Tech support department, he is in the top 3 of the most useless, non problem solving people I’ve personally dealt with in business over 20 years. It’s strictly enforced among our company and a couple others that we call Pdk tech support and pj answers to hang up and call back for another tech support agent. We would recommend PDK in any office building, mid/sky rise, government and like facilities.

Very easy to use. I have used other Access apps/softwares in the past that you need a PhD to be able to use. PDK is far and beyond the best app and platform I have ever used.

Cannot believe how simple this is to use. Love seeing live events when not in office on my mobile.
