PDF Scanner app - TapScanner

So here’s the deal. Read the reviews, they were solid. Downloaded for one year, inexpensive. Placed out an 18 page document to scan against a well lite and had the pages stacked ready to scan and flip. Did that. Done. Self intuitive process. No instructions required, truly. Sent to my email and uploaded to respective firm. I like it when what you read is what you purchase and no downside. Plus all of the other added features. Bonus.

I started using this app July of 2021. I loved the app so much that I purchased the subscription because I use it on a daily basis and all the features are great. In the last couple days I was notified when I opened the app that my free scans are up and I need to purchase the pro. So I looked into what I had purchased previously and I should have been good until July because when I purchased the year subscription, there were no limitations and I should have been good until July not March. Now, it is showing that I have limitations. So in my frustration I went ahead and purchased the pro again and here I am three days later and I still do not have access to use this app. I have contacted customer service through email to have this resolved, and I even sent them my receipt showing that the purchase went through and I should have access to this app and no one has gotten back to me or fixed this issue so I can use the app again. If I don’t get this resolved asap, I will be forced to cancel (and I will want my money back) and I will subscribe to another scan app. I can’t wait any longer because I need this app to work as I mentioned, I use this daily. This is only putting me further behind and I can’t afford to have that.

I tried it as a free trial as I had to scan about a hundred pages of docs. The clarity and sharpness is far better than the traditional flat bed scanners I’ve been using my whole life (I’m 67) and about 20x faster than a traditional scan. Turning it into a pdf and emailing it was effortless. It also has a lot of functions I didn’t need at the time but this was brilliant for what I did need. Very highly recommended — extremely intuitive and very easy to use.
