Pawsh: Book Dog Groomers

It’s wonderful to have someone coming to your own house to take care of the grooming of your furry four legged kid. The app is very easy to use, it gives you various options. I found the best groomer, she is extremely sweet and treats my cat with su much love, I even was able to scheduled her once a month. She cleans up the mess after the service and I don’t even have to worry about having cash handy…she gets paid through the app using my registered credit card info. I can even tip her through it!. Best idea, best service app ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

They booked me an appointment with a groomer who didn’t show up, rescheduled, then didn’t show up for the rescheduled appointment either. No communication or anything! I reached out to get my money back and got a pat response by text. Waiting for a callback, as they took my money and there’s no way to get a refund!! Will be reporting this company if they don’t make it right. Update: Developers don’t answer their phone or return messages. It’s been DAYS. Apple shouldn’t allow scam operators on their platform. I see from other reviews that I’m not the only one who got scammed. Thankfully, my bank reversed the charges and I found a great local groomer instead! Further update: this developer is accusing me of deliberately attacking them with no reason. I have PROOF that I was charged $12 and change and also that I called their customer service number to get help. Nobody answers their phone and I left a voicemail that wasn’t returned. Don’t hit out at your customers; it’s a very bad look. Fix your crappy customer service and refund people’s money when your contracted groomers are no shows. You’ve been reported to my bank and to Apple for this behavior.

The pricing is clear and I’m happy to pay a fee to the platform knowing the groomer is earning a fair wage, and my overall costs are very reasonable for the convenience this experience brings to my life. Do the dog parents in your life a favor and tell them about Pawsh ASAP!
