This app does not allow us to rate a venue on the accessibility within, meaning that we can happily enter a store/restaurant etc but then literally be stuck especially if without a support person present. It actually gives us a false sense of security and should be avoided until it has been seriously updated and improved. Also, had to use 5 Stars to have this listed. Bad reviews are not published
The app can be of use in assessing access to a venue and the availability of appropriate toilets but it provides no information on accessibility once in a venue. You may find it ease to get into a building but one in it there may be stairs, narrow corridors and other barriers yet this app has no ability to record this information. To be of use this app needs additional features.
