The ai with Pattrn is the best, I’ve been able to work through areas that I was repeating OVER AND OVER. It designed weekend protocols and even helping me avoid vacation traps. Most habit trackers are the same with the most difference being the design but Pattrn IS different. Love it, highly recommend.
Look, no goals/discipline app will work if you don’t take them seriously, you still have to do the work. Apps like this are good if you’re doing the work and want help keeping track of what you’ve been doing (on a day to day basis, and looking back and seeing what you’ve done long term). That being said, it has made it a little easier to actually do the work because it reminds you that you need to do the work.
I love this app, I am a teen so sometimes I don’t feel like doing my workouts and getting off of social media, but this app helped me a lot. I have been using it for a week and it has helped me a lot, I have been doing my workouts more now, eating healthier, and being on social media less. I like that this app has streaks for each habit so you get motivated to not break your streak and do the good habit. You can also set goals and link habits to goals, and you can see your progress and percentages of how good you have been with following your habits. I recommend this app, most of the useful features are free. Great app.
