PathAway Outdoor Navigation

I have used PathAway since I had a Palm Pilot and was glad to see they successfully migrated to the iPhone. I use it for hiking and mountain biking and it’s a very robust mapping application. I use the LE version and keep eyeing the Pro version because I want to use offline maps. I successfully installed and calibrated my custom maps. It has a good user interface and very customizable. Would recommend the GPS mapping application to anyone the goes ‘off trail.’

I purchase the basic app specifically to use the trackback function on my iPhone 7plus. I do a good bit of "rambling" when I hike and often have to go around water of difficult terrain. When I do it late day, it's important to be able to get out around the same obstacles. I'll use this soon and update my review. I start with a neutral 3 because I like what I see. Stay tuned.

Not sure how to rate , as when I tap the app , it comes UP then disappears quickly , even after a reboot
