The app really only has one purpose, and that is to manage vouchers. Yet every single time you open a voucher, the app wants a reCAPTCHA. This takes hours if you have a few vouchers as google wants you to work for them. I don’t know who did the UX/UI design for this app, but they should be fired after being berated for hours for their ineptitude, inability and ignorance. Whatever program or university they graduated from should feel ashamed. Come on Jaques Hoebgervangers. Fix this.

I loved your app. It was clean and user friendly. Your recent redesign is not very good and so confusing to figure out how to do the same things we used to do.

Please return to the older version format. I cannot even complete a reservation on my phone. After going through the prompts to choose seats and pay, I am not give the option to use my subscription for the tickets or even pay otherwise. The older version worked flawlessly; it looked so much cleaner and realistic.
