[EN] The function for “Comprar Credencial” is not working. Nothing happened after I entered my credit card information and pressed the “COMPRAR” button at the bottom of the page.

There is no way to move forward after the first screen if you don’t have a phone number. Any international number is not accepted.

There is no way to switch to English when you first use the app. And what is the telephone number format? I have tried many variations without success. The error message must include what the app needs to see for the phone number format. Dashes? Parentheses? Leading zeros? International access prefixes? What is the format?
