Sadly never update Apps that were free And now without warning are no longer (I guess free lifetime subscription) isn’t a reality unless lifetime is taken to mean 6 months (but) even more frustrating the app update broke the app as the app gets stuck in a loop after downloading it shows it is installing updates 1-100 then restarting but then just goes right back into updating files 1-100 restarting but never actually doing anything but going in circles Sad

I quickly was able to increase my productivity by allowing this app to answer my customer’s questions. If they had more involved questions that require me to assist with, I was able to review the chat to intervene. This app is great, and I am very impressed!

Looks like it would be a great application, however, after downloading and purchasing, it does not work at all. When you try to set up a user account, you get a “network error”. Ok…strike that… perhaps a temporary glitch. Changing to 4 stars for its potential. Will update again after assessing further
