Parkway Bank Mobile

Easy to use and responsive! I do wish there was more information about my Zelle account. Sometimes payment doesn’t go through and there isn’t an explanation.

I’m glad this app exists for access to my accounts and to transfer funds. I don’t like that the Face ID setting doesn’t stay on and I regularly must type in my credentials, and it’s really bad that the transaction list doesn’t go very far back, such that I usually see only the last half dozen or so, just one or two months.

Currently, customers of Parkway Bank only have access to Zelle through their mobile app, not by logging into the PW bank website. When downloading this mobile app to an iPad, the Zelle access was not an option. When the app was downloaded to an iPhone, the Zelle access was available. However, Parkway Bank currently has a maximum Zelle transaction amount of only $200. I went into the physical bank to verify this, thinking that something was wrong with the app. The Personal bankers verified that $200 is a maximum Zelle transaction for Parkway, with a $300 per day maximum. I needed to Zelle someone $600. The bankers told me that I would need to send four separate transactions over two days in order to make that work, two separate transactions of $200 & $100 on one day, followed by the same thing the next day. It’s ridiculous to have to send someone four separate transactions to receive $600 dollars. I will not be doing that. So not only did the app not work properly on the iPad, but I will be deleting it entirely because using Zelle through Parkway is of no use to me.
