The app does make you pay for parking even while there is no parking charge. Then it adds the “free” time artificially to the “paid” time. I lost over 750 CZK this way diring a weekend where I wanted to mark 20h of parking. I was denied refund because “I should have read that it was free - somewhere…(?)”. Such a basic UX use case and so poorly implemented :/ Why not putting the free time directly into the order??

I paid 80 Koruna for 3 hours of parking but it only gave me 15 minutes. I tried to extend for another 3 hours, but it gave me another 15 minutes of overlapping time. There was no other way to pay for parking at the location so I had to move and find another spot. Complete waste of money.
