This app asked me to create an alphanumeric password with 12 characters involving lower + uppercase + number + special char. Wow.. My carpark app demands higher security than my bank app and I’m highly likely to forget this combination in near future. After which, you went on to ask for my carplate number which I’m able to do a SingPass login and for just one field?? Why didn’t you use SingPass to create an account like everyone else is doing..? Then you went on to demand for my credit card… I deleted the app and used the website to complete the $3.50 payment instead. Done in 20sec. Thanks… but I’m never visiting Punggol northshore again…

This app is pretty dumb. 1. Sign in with Singpass, but it does not work. Have to key Car plate manually. 2. It is a MUST to register a primary credit/debit card on this application (cannot be deleted) 3. After you logout, you cannot login again because the manual method of keying in car plate no longer works & the Singpass does not work either. 4. Do not register your account with a common password. This application may get hacked easily due to its flaws. Traumatic experience for paying just $0.78 when the IU couldn’t detect my OBU. HDB kindly look into this, it’s unbelievable how bad this application is and it is NOT RIGHT to treat your citizen this way as a punishment.

This scheme is literally making parking payment more hassle and troublesome. This app is also super buggy, I can’t even register, it always asks me to wait later to email the support team. AGD should do a proper smoke test before you release the app to the store. Waste our tax payer’s money to do such a useless application and even waste out time to use it!! If your devs don’t know how to develop an application properly I CAN TEACH YOU! Rubbish app and rubbish developer & testers. I score it 1 start because that’s App Store lowest score, you don’t even deserve 1 star!
