Painting Contractor Estimates

There is most definitely a learning curve here for some of the more sophisticated estimating techniques. I watched the movies, tried a few estimates and still had questions so I called the help desk. They were responsive, really understand how the app works and were able to provide a few recommendation on how to best handle what I was trying to do. Now, the app is second nature and really helping me do better estimates and invoices. We use it on several iPhones and iPads now.

Literally just had two years of clients, projects, labor list, materials, All estimates deleted, with the update. The app wouldn’t work, when I tried accessing previous estimates it would just exit out of the app. I’ve tried contacting the customer service number, and email. With zero response. Take in mind I paid for this app. Even now, the app doesn’t work. It won’t let you do estimates, or use the app. It will just exit out when you try. I’d avoid this app. And any other apps under Jzmobil!

I really wanted this app to work and to do what it says it will. I don’t mind the rough look and feel of apps as long as they can at least do the basics of what they claim they will do. This app is a mess and definitely one to avoid, especially if you have an iPhone X. Even if this app was free it wouldn’t be worth it because of the time you will spend figuring out that it really is that bad. I feel like I should send the developer a bill for my time they wasted. I kept hoping that once things were setup it would get better, but it doesn’t. ******In response to developers response: No help was asked for because my private email complaint had nothing to do with understanding the app. The app is garbage. After spending half a work day pouring through the app, clicking every setting, button, going through help support, etc. to try to produce a half way ok estimate, I was fed up. The app IS NOT FORMATTED correctly for the iPhone X series. The top menu gets jumbled at points and at certain sections you have to force close the app to get out of an un-clickable situation. Trying to say that this is the only app on the market that thousands have downloaded does not mean it works well or is fully functional. Trying to find out why customers are frustrated and fix the bugs you have are the right steps. Responding by inferring that customers with the bad reviews are from those that are incompetent or lazy is bad form. Also, using a customers name in a response on reviews is additionally inconsiderate.
